Email this application at least 4 weeks before the meeting to the Secretariat of the Vlaamse Boks Liga vzw.

For the safety of the officials, it is best to provide a free zone of about 1,50 meter provided.

A first-aid post and an ambulance are mandatory at boxing meetings. Security of at least 5 persons remains mandatory.
